Individualized Therapeutic Activities Program

The Individualized Therapeutic Activities Program (ITAP) provides additional activities to meet the rehabilitation needs of the clients. Each ITAP is developed by the therapists to enhance the client’s specific rehabilitation program. Long and short term goals are set, objectives are developed, and a target date for completion is set. The program is usually implemented on a daily basis. The therapists monitor the program and modify it as the client progresses.
